Leave us your contact information to book a free consultation. Our sales team will contact you as soon as possible and help you create the perfect SmartLiving package for your housing association.
When confirming an order with us, we ask you to provide all necessary information on your housing association and book a time for device installations. Residents are informed about device and sensor installations 1-2 weeks in advance.
Our partner installs sensors and other necessary devices to all apartments and common spaces in the building. Installations can be done as quickly as in one day.
Service is ready for use
After installations are completed you can begin to use the service. Housing association board members can monitor building condition and consumption data via our building management tool. Residents can use our SmartLiving mobile app.
Reporting and alerts
Our service sends out a monthly e-mail report with key statistics for chosen building management stakeholders of your housing association. It also sends automated alerts if for example deviations in water consumption occurs.
Fortum’s customer service is happy to help both housing association representatives as well as residents with any questions regarding SmartLiving services. The service is open on weekdays from 8 am. to 5 pm.
